Where to buy alternative clothing – Shops listed

People often ask me where do I get my apparel or where to buy alternative style clothing. Well, the list is long. I have been googling a lot about alternative clothing stores and couldn’t find a proper listing anywhere. So, I had to make one of my own!

I curated the following list of alternative-style stores very carefully. All of them are selling attires that I could envision wearing myself. Because there are so many subgenres and different characteristics of alternative apparel, I thought it would be easier to go through the list if the background work is already done.

How the list is curated

Because I haven’t personally purchased from every single shop on the list (I wish!), unfortunately, I can’t tell you about the shopping experience. So, I take no responsibility for individual shop’s services. However, I am recommending only reputable alternative clothing online stores, not cringe-worthy ripoffs or scam sites.

I did some research on each store. Most of them are shipping worldwide or to most countries. To help you find what you’re searching for, I marked each shop with distinctive symbols to indicate the features of the shop. Price ranges are defined by the average price of the primary products in the shop.

There are separate lists for shops that sell mainly clothing, accessories, shoes, and beauty products. I listed some mainstream clothing brands and stores, too. These shops sell good staple pieces and sometimes alternative style items as well.
